UPDATE: Police arrest one suspect in Dollar General robbery

WESLACO, TX (KVEO NEWS CENTER 23) — As of Monday, April 8, 3p.m., a suspect in the Dollar General robbery has been arrested by authorities in Cameron County, on existing felony warrants.
This suspect, whose name is not yet available, will appear before a Cameron County judge, before he can be transported to Hidalgo County to face the Weslaco P.D. charges.
Police are searching for two men believed to be involved the robbery of a Dollar General store on Sunday night.
It was reported that two men approached the front of the store, located at North International and East Pike Street, around 9:30 p.m. with one suspect standing at the entrance and the second suspect approaching the a cashier.
The second suspect brandished a knife at the clerk and demand money from the register. Witnesses report that the two men drove off in a vehicle, no description was available, heading east on Pike Street.
The suspects are described as the following: Suspect one, is male, 5'8" tall, weighing 250 lbs., dark blue or black hoodie, the second suspect is a male, thin, wearing a gray hoodie with both wearing white coverings over their faces.
