Internet prankster faces battery charges after giving "wedgies" to strangers.

A Florida prankster who records his stunts and posts them on YouTube is facing battery charges after his latest exploits.

Charles Ross was arrested outside of a Tampa movie theater Sunday night after giving several strangers "wedgies".

One of the victims called police and filed a complaint.

Ross says he understands why yanking on people's underwear could make them mad, but also says his pranks are worth the risk.

"Doing what I do, sometimes I expect things can happen," Ross said afterward.
