A Dallas man is arrested at the Gateway International bridge in Brownsville for sexual assault of a child.

Ignacio Guiterrez was arrested while trying to cross back into the United States. After being sent to a secondary inspection agents discovered he was wanted by Dallas authorities for sexual assault of a child.
