Michael Turner, a wanted fugitive out of Harris county, was arrested in Edcouch after law enforcement received a tip on him.

Police conducted a traffic stop on Turner, but he decided to speed off sending the officer on a chase. He was eventually caught and arraigned on Tuesday afternoon and is facing charges of evading arrest and given a $15,000 dollar bond.
