Tuesday had marked the 21st anniversary of the Alton bus crash that killed 21 students back in 1989.

The accident happened when a Dr. Pepper truck side swiped a Mission school bus and sending it into a caliche pit full of water. 21 students were killed and every year people in the community remember those who died.
