BROWNSVILLE, TEXAS (NEWS CENTER 23) — It was Fat Tuesday or Mardi Gras and the Vermillion restaurant, in Brownsville, got into the spirit by decorating the inside of the business in a Mardi Gras theme and serving authentic Cajun food. Owner Dan Davidson stated, "I'm looking forward to it. This is our happiest, busiest, most fun night of the year and we are looking forward to having another one just like in the last fourteen years and I bet you this one is going to be another one just like it."
