Valley Third Grade Students Reach Science Competition Finals
Two Valley students have reached the finals of one of the largest science competition in the country and the two are only in third grade.
The Explora-Vision Competition asks students to come up with a future technology design that could exist in the next 20 years. The students invented an advanced traffic control system that would eliminate the use of traffic signals. The students are one of the top 24 teams in the country. They beat out more than 13,000 other students, but to win the next round, they must build a website and a prototype of their idea.
