Gas stations were busy changing gas prices with prices per gallon increasing by .20 cents since Monday.

Our exclusive same station survey is an average and it showed a .15 cents per gallon increase in just one week showing an average of $3.13 per gallon, but many stations were posting prices at $3.19 per gallon. AAA Texas reports the price surge is statewide and up almost a dime in most places. Nationally, the price per gallon is $3.23 for unleaded and the reasoning for the increase is the current turmoil in the Middle East.
