RIO GRANDE VALLEY — Rio Grande City resident Stephen Saenz is set to compete in the 2012 London Olympics in a few days as a shot put thrower for the county of Mexico since he has dual citizenship. Saenz says he's enjoying all the sites and mentioned about the opening ceremony and the experience of a lifetime. NewsCenter 23 caught up with Saenz, via Skype, and he described the thrill when he heard Mexico's name called at the ceremony.
