UTPA's Festival of International Books and Arts has come and gone, but the impact it has made on many youngsters will live on for some time. At least that's how several hundred students feel about their involvement this year and not to mention the presentation they heard from a very special guest, here's Sandra Quintanilla with this week's UTPA report.
