VALLEY - There aren't enough Physicians assistants in the valley, that has doctors worried about patient care.

UTPA has the only P-A program in the area.

Dr. Iglesias says she believes wholeheartedly in UTPA's PA Program and the bright graduates it's producing. In fact she contributes scholarship funding to help PA Students meet  their Financial needs.

But, she says more supporters are necessary to build the program so that it can provide opportunities to a greater number of qualified applicants, and in turn, meet the demands for more PAs to serve our fast growing Region.
