EDINBURG - It's flu season and several organizations are working to help fewer people to get sick and one of those organizations are students from UTPA.

Pharmacy student from the university took part in a health fair on Thursday where they provided free Influenza shots and blood pressure screenings. The students want to get the message out about how important it is to get a flu shot. Director of Co-Op Pharmacy Program Lydia Aguilera says, "This is a great opportunity for the students to meet the community to apply the skills they learned in class."
