Residents in Starr county can now pursue a college degree from the University of Texas Pan American in a permanent facility.

In the past, students attended classes in borrowed classrooms from local public schools and portable buildings, but now they're proud to have a state of the art facility they can call home, here is Sandra Quintanilla with this weeks' UTPA report.
