UTPA Awarded $23 Million Dollars in Texas Grants

Great news for thousands of returning and new students at the University of Pan American as the school was awarded $23 million dollars in financial aid for students by the Texas Legislators, Sandra Quintanilla has more.

The state is expected to approve $23.2 million dollars in Texas Grants to UPTA, the largest allocation of financial aid to the university up front. Additional funding is often awarded later in the year if other institutions do not use all of their money.
