BROWNSVILLE - The University of Texas at Brownsville has one of the top 15 programs in the nation to be ranked in the U.S. News and World Report magazine.
The university's online Master's degree program in Educational Technology was ranked 14th out of 151 U.S. institutions of higher education for 2012 and is one of four universities from Texas in the top 15 nationwide.
