RIO GRANDE VALLEY, TEXAS (KVEO NEWS CENTER 23) — Due to budget cuts the U.S.. Army has officially decided to suspend it's tuition assistance program to all students effective on March 7, 2013.  Army Secretary John McHughs says the suspension will remain in effect until the fiscal situation is resolved.
