Update On San Benito Murder

San Benito Police say more than one man may be responsible for breaking in and beating a bed-ridden elderly man to death.
San Benito say, all day, they have been questioning several people who may have information on the murder of 84-year old, musician, Ramon Pinon.
Moving forward with this murder investigation is what San Benito police are doing.
This afternoon, they issued a search warrant at the mother's home of the man accused of the murder, 22 year-old, Manuel Pena.
Yesterday, Pena was charged with first degree murder, and denied bond
bond.
Lt. Martin Morales says, Pena lived a block away from Pinon, who was beaten to death at his home on Commerce Street.
Now, officers are looking for more suspects.
He says, "It's hard to believe only one person couldve been involved, so we want to exhaust all possibilities to make sure and see who else was involved."
It's been days since police came to investigate the murder of Ramon Pinon, signs of love all around flowers from member of the community, check out the guitar made out of roses, all to remember a man, who touched their lives thru music, and one more thing, it's not everyday, you see a bouquet of flowers from the police dept.
As a musician, Pinon played with legendary, Freddie Fender.
Police say Pinon was an outstanding member of the community, so they're intent on catching everyone involved.
"It's hard to say which way it's gonna turn or how much longer it's gonna take," Lt. Morales says.
