A toddler was found roaming the streets of McAllen on Thursday morning and now his parents are under investigation.

The boy, who appeared to be 2 to 3  years-old, was found wandering near Main street and Hibiscus Avenue around 7 AM. He was turned over to Child Protective Services late Friday afternoon and the boy's mother did go claim him, but she still may face charges.
