EDINBURG- A neighborhood in Edinburg is usually peaceful but this morning it was all but calm. Police say a man opened fire on a home on Saltillio street around 11 a.m. this morning right around the corner where children play. Noe Garza witnessed the entire thing.

"A lot of arguing I don't know what they were saying," said Garza. "Just a few minutes later they decided to get out of their vehicles and one did shoot at him."

Garza was working on a home a few houses down from the shooting. He says he's still shaken up. This neighborhood was lucky because this shooting could have been much worse. No one was injured in the incident and police say that's a really good thing especially because two schools are located really close to where the shooting took place. Police say luckily none of them had to be put on lockdown. Edinburg police along with the Sheriff's Office chased two suspects for miles. They were arrested at a home off of Trenton and Alonzo Ave. Residents in this neighborhood watched in disbelief from a distance.

Police spent the morning combing through the home. They have yet to find the weapon. The suspects face multiple charges. Police say they believe the shooting was gang related.
