Airport officials are expecting delays for the Holiday travel rush this week and many come or leave for home for Thanksgiving, Joangel Concepcion explains there may be even more delays due to new security procedures.

Some people call necessary, others call it invasive and President Obama calls it "a tough situation.." TSA's new screening procedures and pat down methods are getting mixed reviews. Even though no explosive device has ever been found on a flight from one U.S. city to another, TSA isn't taking any chances after last year's Christmas Day bomb scare. The screening they say, are all in sake of national security.

Like many airports across the nation, McAllen Miller International Airport has full body scanners and according to TSA officials, people are randomly selected and if the scanning is refused, there will be a pat down. Airport officials urge Holiday travelers to arrive earlier than usual, just in case.

TSA officials say they will consider changes to their search procedures in the future, however, there will be no changes anytime soon.
