As Boston prepares for Tuesday's marathon, city leaders hold flag raising ceremony to remember victims of last year's bombing. Jay Gray reports.

(NBC News)Preparations are underway for next week's Boston Marathon in Boston, Massachusetts, where on Tuesday the city will hold a remembrance ceremony honoring the victims of the bombing that happened one year ago.

The recovery of these tragedies will continue with this year's race which takes place on Monday, April 21st.
