Early Saturday morning, a traffic stop resulted in a seizure of over half a million dollars in cash. Patrol officers conducted a traffic stop on the 1200 block of US 77/83 on a red dodge caravan which was occupied by a 33 and a 36 year old males. Unofficial count estimated the amount to be $500,000, but money is pending an official count. Investigation is currently ongoing. No charges were filed against the two men at this time and both disclaimed the money.
