RIO GRANDE VALLEY — Time Warner Cable and the Department of Family Protective Services teamed up to make Thanksgiving a happy one for sixty three families on Wednesday. Employees delivered a Thanksgiving meal, including turkey and sides, to families working with Family Protective Services in the Valley.
