WESLACO, TX (KVEO NEWS CENTER 23) — After being on the run for more than two weeks three suspects have been arrested in a stabbing case in Weslaco.

Ezequiel Rodriguez, Christopher Brown and Samantha Villarreal were arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon on Wednesday afternoon.

The three are alleged to have attacked a man at a home on the 600 block of Agostadero Street leaving the victim beaten and stabbed.

Police say both Rodriguez and Brown are gang members and have a criminal record.
