Third Suspect Arrested For Donna Murder

After being on the run for a least a week, investigators make the third arrest in the murder of John Rogers,the donna man found dead in his living room.
Last Monday, 74-year old, John Rogers was found with a bullet wound to his head at his home on North Val Verde Road.
Shortly after, Investigators caught two of the three suspects, but one was still on the loose until now.
Family of the victim called News Center 23 to tell us, that investigators made the third and final arrest.
Hidalgo County Investigators searched for 30-year old, Bryant Dwayne Riley.
Since last week's murder, and now confirm that they arrested him.
Riley will face charges for his involvement with the murder of Rogers.
Two men have already been charged with capital murder, the victim's son, 28-year old, John William Rogers and his friend, 27-year old, George Frederick Sweeney.
Both Sweeney and Rogers were arraigned last week and denied bond.
Investigators with the Hidalgo County Sheriff's Department say these suspects stole jewelry, credit cards and two of the victim's cars, after killing him.
A Texas Department of Public Safety trooper pulled over the younger Rogers and Sweeney on Highway 59.
The third suspect, Riley kept on driving, according to authorities.
Hidalgo County Sheriff Lupe Trevino says, they will be releasing more information on Riley's arrest later this week.
