Construction vehicles and machinery were busy clearing out 33 acres that will be a manufacturing complex bringing more money into the local economy and jobs.

Santana Textiles is one of the top five denim producers in the world and many residents are happy about the new business opening in the city. The city had a ground breaking ceremony attended by city, company, state and local leaders on the site on Wednesday. The complex is expected to be completed by next summer for business.
