Texas vehicle registration fees may soon rise
AUSTIN, TEXAS (KVEO NEWSCENTER 23) — You may soon have to pay more to register your vehicle.
Governor Rick Perry signed a bill that would raise registration fees by ten bucks a year.
That extra revenue would be used to fund transportation projects in the state.
But it's not a done deal yet.
Each county's commissioners court must still approve the increase.
