BROWNSVILLE — Damaging testimony continued on Tuesday in the case against attorney Ray Marchan by former 404th District Judge Abel Limas. The led FBI agent, who helped convict Abel Limas, is now taking aim at Marchan. The attorney is accused of bribing Limas four years ago and the defense is arguing that the money given to Limas was a loan and not a bribe.
