Two teens were arrested after police say they spotted breaking into some vehicles.

Brownsville police say they caught these two teens breaking the window of a parked car just after 3 AM on Tuesday morning. Police received a call and responded to the area of 14  West Madison where they spotted 19 year-old Alton Gonzalez and 17 year-old Jesse Rodriguez fleeing from the area. Officers immediately arrested one of the suspects and the second suspect was caught later. Both teens were charged with burglary of a motor vehicle.
