Teen Set Ablaze
Bullies burn boy's hair during school bus ride.
Three Ohio teens could face expulsion after setting a freshman's hair on fire.
Devin Lewis and his mother say they're speaking out because enough-is-enough.
The 15-year-old freshman at Middletown High School says he's been bullied for years.
"I've been called names. I've been beat up," he says.
What happened last Friday on a school bus now has both school officials and police involved.
Devin says he was listening to music when another student put a flame from a lighter in his face and when he jerked back another student lit the back of his hair on fire.
The fire was was quickly put out by Devin's friends.
"I pulled back my hair and all I grabbed was ashes," Devin says.
Devin's mom says she could smell the burnt hair when her son came home.
She immediately called the school.
A 15-year-old and two 17-year-olds are facing criminal charges including assault and have been suspended from school.
The principal says expulsion hearings will take place for the three suspended students within ten days.
