Teen Charged with Aggravated Assault in a Case of Road Rage

Eighteen year-old driver, Juan Manuel Garza, was charged with four counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in a case of road rage.

Garza is accused of driving erratically, cutting off another vehicle and pulling out a weapon at another driver and his family. The victim reported that Garza pulled out the weapon at the intersection of Boca Chica and police were called about the incident. Police spotted and stopped Garza who confirmed the story but said it was a BB gun that he pointed at the family.
