BROWNSVILLE — Police have charged 18 year-old Alvaro Garay with indecency with a child after a complaint was filed against him back in November. Police interviewed Garay and say he admitted to touching a 10 year-old female and then charged him with one count of indecency with a child.

The news at 5 p.m. said the child was 5 years old, The news at 10 p.m.said the child was 15. This is not the best reporting in the Valley. I always thought NBC affiliates were better than this.
