Best Buy employees will answer customers questions on Twitter.

You'll be able to Tweet your electronic problems this Holiday season to Best Buy.

The company is designating 2,500 of its salespersons as Twelpforce members and they'll take tweets on Best Buy's Twitter site and answer questions from consumers while on the clock. The company's Facebook page has been redesigned as well to make it easier to ask for product advice.
