Pilot killed when small plane nose-dives shortly after takeoff. Candace McCowan reports.

(WFLA) Crews will be cleaning up the wreckage Monday morning at Florida's Tampa Executive Airport after a deadly plane crash over the weekend. In the meantime, investigators are trying to determine what caused the crash that killed 53-year-old Ki Martin Sunday afternoon.

Hillsborough County Sheriff's Deputies tell News Channel 8 the plane was taking off and then took a nose dive into the ground. Martin was the only person on board. Deputies don't know if Martin was practicing or taking off for a trip.
