17 Massachusetts middle and high school students punished for forwarding "sexting" video from classmate. Steve Cooper reports.

(WHDH) More than a dozen middle and high school students from Beverly, Massachusetts have been suspended after they were allegedly involved in sexting.

Police say the video originated from one boy's girlfriend, then when the couple broke up he sent the video to his friends who then forwarded it to their friends.

"It's scary. To think that they can do that now. Nothing is private anymore," Robin Lawrence, a concerned parent, said.

Six of the students suspended attend Beverly High School, the other 11 attend the Briscoe Middle School.
