Suspects wanted by police in hit and run case

Harlingen police are investigating a hit and run case involving two suspects that police are wanting to question.

On Wednesday, May 1, at a Stripes convenience store, located at 620 West Harrison Avenue, the victim was backing out their vehicle in the parking lot when they were struck by a Ford Taurus four door model.

The driver of the Auras and his female passenger left the scene without leaving any information to the victim, but the suspects were caught on store surveillance video.

Police describe the driver as Hispanic male, thin, shaved hair, wearing a green stripe polo shirt and dark pants. The female is described as Hispanic, dark hair pulled back in a bun, wearing a black blouse and dark pants.
