Suspect's Trial Delayed Until Psychological Exam Be Done

The trial for the man accused of killing Brownsville's Museum Director Barry Horn two years ago has been delayed until he undergoes a psychological evaluation.
Ernesto Ivan Martinez is accused of stabbing Barry Horn multiple times and has been charged with capital murder. The judge rescheduled the psychological evaluation and scheduled another hearing for next week.
