Five suspects, already charged with capital murder, have now been charged with an additional count of murder in Hidalgo county.

Oscar Cantu, Mark Garza, Daniel Flores, Luis Aleman and Homero Sosa were charged for the murder of the suspect you murder Gilberto Rosales Aguilar. Sheriff deputies say the group killed Rosales in February and then killed the shooter out of fear he would snitch on the group. All five suspects received a $1 million dollar bond each.
