PHARR — Two suspects faced a judge in court on Wednesday and were charged with burglary. The two men, Christopher Ochoa and Stephen Casablanca, were charged with burglary of habitation and police say a third suspect, shot by the homeowner, is in the hospital and expected to be charged when he is released from the hospital.
