EDINBURG - Several suspects involved in a drive-by shooting appeared in court on Tuesday.

Alexis Mendez and Luis Martin Uvalle were charged with aggravated assault as police say they fired upon a home off of Saltilla street on Monday morning. Police report the incident started after a heated argument. Uvalle was also charged with evading arrest and possession of marijuana.
