MCALLEN — Several individuals are in custody and believed to be involved in the fatal hit and run case that killed 20 year-old Julio Lacoya on Sunday morning. Police have identified two more individuals believed to be the driver and passenger on the vehicle that killed Lacoya as Police Chief Victor Rodriguez stated, "We expect at this time to charge at least four people, that remains to be a determined later on today. We have four adults, one juvenile and we are looking for a sixth person."
