Tactical vests, weapons, two of which police say are stolen, a narcotics cap, a fake law enforcement badge saying special agent, and a hammer all found after a traffic stop.

Police say Carlos Alberto Oceguera-Guzman, Miguel Torres, Jonathon Rocha, and Jose Mendoza were traveling on Greene road in Palmview when they were pulled over for speeding. An officer noticed some of the suspects wearing ski masks. Police say the suspects tried to flee but were caught.

Police say it's critical to keep this type of material off the streets.

"This is not only a concerning matter for us and our safety but the citizens of the community."

Police believe they are linked to a criminal organization in Mexico, and with the equipment they had could use it for a wide variety of criminal activities.

"Home invasions, burglary of buildings, and even to assault people."

All four suspects face charges of evading arrest and unlawful possession of a firearm.
