One of the suspects who ran from Police and jumped the border wall in Penitas was charged early this morning.

21 yr. old Rolando Alfaro faced the Judge in crutches after spending a day in the hospital.
He was clearly still in a lot of pain. He shattered his ankle and broke one of his toes after jumping the border wall on Wednesday. Alfaro was trying to run from La joya Police and did not know there was a 20-foot drop behind the wall. He was charged with evading police. Police say he is lucky to be alive.

The fence was put there for a reason to keep people out and in. Not to jump it. Mexican can't jump either.
