BROWNSVILLE - A 40 year old man is arrested - charged with burglarizing several nail salons.

Police say Khanh Pham broke into several salons including California nails, Kim's nail, and solar nails he allegedly took laptops and money. And Police say he was a former employee at two of the salon locations.
