Harlingen police are looking for Severo Alfonso Grando is believed to be connected to a shooting that left the victim in critical condition.

It happened three days ago after a fight in Harlingen and police have issued an aggravated assault warrant for Grando's arrest. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call police at 956.425.TIPS.
