Harlingen police arrested Alejandro Tamez III on Saturday after he pulled a gun out of anger on a driver after the driver refused to give Tamez a ride.

Police say Tamez needed a ride and when he asked the 31 year-old victim for one and the victim denied him the ride Tamez became angry. Tamez then pulled out a gun and placed it to the victims head, luckily, the victim was able to tackle Tamez and get the gun away from Tamez.
