One of the men accused of killing a Harlingen woman and stuffing her body inside her refrigerator last year, appeared in front of a judge on Thursday.

Jose Antonio Trevino was in court with his attorney and prosecutors to work out a deal with a hearing being set for February of 2011. Before the trial moves forward, both defense and prosecutors, must wait for the outcome of Marco Barrientos trial begins. Barrientos is another suspect accused in the same murder and his trial is on standby.
