SOUTH PADRE ISLAND - Last week the man responsible for leaving two dud grenades on South Padre Island was supposed to turn himself in, but that hasn't happened yet.

The Cameron County Sheriff's Department says James Baxter was supposed to turn himself in over the weekend, but authorities say they received a call from Baxter's attorney saying his client suffered from chest problems and is in the hospital. An arrest warrant for Baxter was issued last Wednesday and is facing terrorism and hoax charges.
