A female suspect, who police have named the fuel and fajita bandit, has turned herself into police. Last month the police department released a surveillance video showing a female and male suspect of stealing $40 dollars of fuel at a Stripes store and then walking out of the Michoacana grocery store with $70 dollars worth of fajita meat. After receiving several tips from the Crime Stoppers phone line police were able to identify Brenda Lee Villarreal and Jose Gonzalez as the suspects in the crime. Ms. Villarreal turned herself into police and investigators continue to search for Jose Gonzalez and if anyone has information on his whereabouts please call 956.821.1419.
