George Daniel Alvear was charged with indecency with a child and accessed a $50,000 dollar bond on Monday by a judge.

He is alleged to have inappropriately touched a 13 year-old girl at a party he was attending. The young girl said she got away from Alvear, but he continued to force himself on her again before a witness stopped Alvear's advancements.
